This idea that light is stronger than darkness is one I can’t shake. There have been so many moments that I’ve known this to be true. I’ve had so many dark nights of the soul, the ones where the lies are loud and you feel all alone and the weight of the world is on your chest, and in each of those moments, I’ve clung to this truth. “God turns my darkness into light.” I’ve seen Him meet me in some of my most broken and hopeless places, and it hasn’t always been on the timeline I’d like, but He’s been there all along, shining light and hope into my most dark and hopeless places.
